How are they different to normal builds?

A Split Level Home is designed using the natural slope of the site by either gradually stepping down the site on 3 levels that overlook each other or building 1 level on street level & the other directly below or above depending on which way your site slopes.

Two Storey designs help make the most of a small site or creating a large back yard by building the levels on top of each other.
