With over 30 years experience building on the Sunshine Coast, we have tailored our inclusions based on what our clients have selected and what suits our environment. We offer a Standard and Luxury inclusions range, and everything in between. We allocate allowances for floor coverings, tapware, kitchens and appliances, so our clients may choose any items they like, giving them full customisation of their new home.

We also offer our clients the option of Built-to-Lockup, or Fix-Out.
